Why We Collect It
- To send you race registration alerts - This is our core service and is based on your legitimate interest as a user
- To manage your account - Based on contract performance when you create an account
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the service to function:
- Authentication cookies (Supabase) - Required to keep you logged in
- Temporary functional cookies - For wizard state and user preferences (expires in 15 minutes)
We do not use advertising cookies. We use privacy-friendly product analytics to understand how the service is used.
Your Rights (GDPR)
As a European resident, you have the following rights:
- Access your data - Visit your Profile page to view all your data
- Export your data - Use the Export Data feature in your Profile
- Delete your data - Use the Delete Account feature in your Profile to permanently remove all your data

- Account data - Retained until you delete your account
- Notification history - Retained for 1 year for your reference
Third Parties
We use the following third-party services to operate RaceNotify:
- Supabase - Database and authentication (EU region)
- Resend - Email delivery service
- Stripe - Payment processing (for PRO subscriptions)
All third-party providers are GDPR compliant and process data according to their respective privacy policies.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews.
